6 QUESTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC and CORRESPONDENCE
To allow 10 minutes for members of the public to raise any matters for consideration and future decisions as necessary and appropriate. Please note items raised will be referred to the relevant parish council meeting. The public raising items that are not the responsibility of the Parish Council will be informed of the relevant authority to direct their query to.
To allow discussion with contractor regarding which LED lights are suitable for different areas of the Parish.

To receive report from recent River meeting with EA and NWKCP and agree any action points to take forward

To consider whether to create a new Planning Committee to handle Planning Applications for comment from SDC
13 BUILDINGS MAINTENANCE
To consider quotes received for general maintenance needs of Parish Council owned buildings
14 FIREWORKS EVENT
To consider proposals from Cllr Rushbrook concerning this event.
15 YOUTH SERVICES
To receive report from Clerk regarding provision of Youth Services available to the Parish. To allow discussion and approval of costs.
16 DCLG CONSULTATION ref PARK RUN
To consider response to Dept for Communities and Local Gov consultation ref free use of public parks for Park Runs
17 SDC DRAFT HOUSING STRATEGY
To delegate feedback on Draft housing strategy to be completed 9th July

Schedule Of Accounts
To receive the schedule of accounts, approve payments and authorise cheques to be signed.
Online Quickbooks Accounting: to ratify decision to migrate accounts to online Quickbooks.

Demolition of garage and home office to the front of the property. Erection of a double storey L-shaped side extension connected to the main building via a new glass walkway, single storey extension to west and double storey extension to south. Alterations to fenestration and roof. Balcony to south.

Erection of proposed two –storey rear extension including internal alterations.
