3            MINUTES

To confirm the Minutes of the last Parish Council meeting.

 

4            MATTERS ARISING

To discuss items arising from the Minutes of the last meeting (for information only unless specified in advance and included on this agenda)

 

5            POLICE MATTERS

To allow discussion PCSO (if present) and to receive Police reports (for information only unless otherwise included on this agenda) (if available)

 

6            QUESTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC and CORRESPONDENCE

To allow 10 minutes for members of the public to raise any matters for consideration and future decisions as necessary and appropriate. Please note items raised will be referred to the relevant parish council meeting. The public raising items that are not the responsibility of the Parish Council will be informed of the relevant authority to direct their query to.

 

7            STREETLIGHTING

To allow discussion with contractor regarding which LED lights are suitable for different areas of the Parish.

 

8         HALLS COMMITTEE

To receive the latest approved Minutes of the committee for information.

 

9            REPORTS OF DISTRICT COUNCILLORS

To receive items from the District Councillors (for information only unless specified in advance and included on this agenda)

 

10           REPORT OF COUNTY COUNCILLOR

To receive items from the County Councillor (for information only unless specified in advance and included on this agenda)

 

11           GRANT APPLICATION TIMETABLE

To consider reinstating deadlines for Grant Applications.

 

12           GENERAL POWER OF COMPETANCE

To consider and discuss benefit of Declaring GPC in preparation for the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council.

 

13           RATE RELIEF FOR PUBLIC TOILETS

To consider support for amendment to Local Government Finance Bill to provide 100% mandatory rate relief for public toilets.

 

 

14           FINANCIAL MATTERS

Schedule Of Accounts

To receive the schedule of accounts, approve payments and authorise cheques to be signed.

 

15           YOUTH SERVICES

To receive report from Clerk regarding provision of Youth Services available to the Parish. To allow discussion and approval of costs.

 

16           KCC VERGES GRASS CUTTING TENDERS
To receive tender information regarding KCC Verges and appoint contractor for work.

 

17           ST GEORGES DAY

To allow time for discussion regarding any preparations that are needed.

 

18           CHARITY EVENT

To consider proposal from Cllr Mitchell for Charity fundraiser event.
