Trim Trail removal

To consider 3 quotes and appoint contractor to undertake work to remove trim trail before new playground installation.

To receive report from Cllr Stead regarding website set up costs and approve necessary expenditure.

To delegate consultation participation.

 

14           HIGHWAYS & TRANSPORTATION SURVEY

To delegate completion of annual survey

 

15           FLYTIPPING CCTV SIGNS

To consider and decide placement and any costs arising.

 

16           FINANCIAL REGULATIONS

To review NALC Model Financial Regulations which incorporates online banking safeguards, for adoption by Council.

 

17           ONLINE BANKING

To consider which banking product best serves the Parish Councils’ needs and approve application.

 

18           FINANCIAL MATTERS

Schedule Of Accounts

To receive the schedule of accounts, approve payments and authorise cheques to be signed.

 

19           CONCLUSION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT

To receive for consideration External Auditors report.

To raise any items for communication.

 

21           FIREWORKS COMMUNITY EVENT

To receive a report and any instructions from Cllr Rushbrook ahead of 5th November
